Anything your team does the same way every time: recurring reports, matching numbers across spreadsheets and systems, reminders and chasers, invoices and other paperwork, copying orders between tools, and alerts when a number slips. If a person could write the steps down, it can usually run on its own.

A fixed price, quoted after the free audit and agreed before any work starts. It depends on the scope of the workflow, so we size it on the call rather than publish a rate card.

Mostly tools you already have, so nobody has to learn anything new. Builds typically run on Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, Outlook and Slack, with Google Apps Script or Python doing the work behind them. Where possible, we favour free-tier tooling so recurring costs stay at $0.

Only where judgement is genuinely needed, and never as the core. Most of what we build uses none. Where a model helps, like drafting a plain-English summary, it’s optional, capped in cost, and checkpoints for a person to review the output.

You do, from day one: the code, the docs and the accounts it runs in. We are ready to help, but your team can always change the rules without involving us.
