We like software you forget is running. That’s the whole idea.

cleansheets is two people who build small, rule-based systems for ops teams, then hand them over.

Why we started it

Most ops teams we meet have a spreadsheet ritual. The same exports pulled, the same columns matched, the same numbers typed into the same emails, every week or every month. It’s skilled people doing work that plain rules could do.

The fixes on offer are usually bigger than the problem: a platform to rent, a months-long rollout, or an AI tool nobody can audit. We started cleansheets to offer the smaller fix. One workflow, rebuilt as rules your team can read, live in weeks, on tools you already use.

We’d rather hand you something that runs quietly for years than something you have to log into. If nobody mentions a build six months after handover, it’s doing its job.

Two people. You talk to whoever builds it.

No account managers, no delivery pod, no handoff to someone junior after the call.
